One-Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of a PupBench Road Bed and lasts for one year from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal, intended use of the product.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or minor cosmetic changes that do not affect normal use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, improper cleaning, or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused by chewing, scratching, sharp objects, excessive force, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller or without valid proof of purchase
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email pupbenchsp@gmail.com within the one-year warranty period.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, when you first noticed it, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
- Wait for our assessment and instructions. Please do not send the product to our business correspondence address unless we provide that return address for your claim.
We may request additional information or reasonable troubleshooting before deciding the claim.
Available Remedy
If we confirm a covered defect, PupBench will, at its option, repair the product, replace the affected product or component, or issue an appropriate refund up to the original purchase price. PupBench will cover reasonable shipping costs required for an approved warranty remedy.
This limited warranty does not cover indirect or consequential loss where such exclusions are permitted by law. It is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
