Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be satisfied with your PupBench purchase. This policy explains the exact conditions and process for returns and refunds.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase or the order number is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Start a Return

1. Email pupbenchsp@gmail.com before sending the item. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Wait for our return approval and the correct return address and instructions for your order. Please do not send a return to our business correspondence address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
3. Pack the item securely and use a tracked shipping service. Keep your proof of postage until the return is completed.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and shipping package.

If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Reporting visible shipping damage within 7 days does not reduce any separate rights under our one-year limited warranty for covered manufacturing defects.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible returns that are not caused by damage, a defect, or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept used products, products damaged through misuse or improper care, or gift cards. This does not limit claims for eligible manufacturing defects under our limited warranty.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process above.
