At PupBench, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

Photos of the item

Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used products

Products damaged through misuse

Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

A defective product

Shipping damage

An incorrect item sent by us

We will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
