PupBench ships to the United States and selected international destinations available at checkout.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free.

The estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days after payment is confirmed. This estimate includes 1–3 business days of order processing plus approximately 7–12 business days in transit.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

• United States: approximately 7–12 business days in transit; 8–15 business days total including processing
• United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days in transit
• Europe: approximately 5–10 business days in transit
• Canada: approximately 7–12 business days in transit
• Australia & New Zealand: approximately 7–15 business days in transit
• Other available destinations: approximately 7–20 business days in transit

International shipping availability and cost are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, weather, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking information available for your shipment.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking does not update or your package has not arrived after the applicable estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide the next steps.
