Free standard shipping on U.S. orders. The estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days after payment is confirmed, including 1–3 business days of order processing plus approximately 7–12 business days in transit. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging whenever possible. For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping; no restocking fee applies. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, PupBench covers reasonable return shipping. The original purchaser is covered for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery under normal, intended use. Normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper installation or cleaning, chewing, scratching, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. To make a claim, email pupbenchsp@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not send the product until we provide the approved return address and instructions. For a confirmed covered defect, PupBench may repair, replace, or refund the affected product and will cover reasonable shipping required for the approved remedy.
